Portsmouth are into their fourth owner of the season after Balram Chainrai acquired 90% of the shares following the club's failure to repay money owed to him. Should be good news in a way since he's clearly only taken over to protect the money he's owed - so I'd expect he'll cover the bills and prevent administration any winding up order - although at the same time I wouldn't expect any investment on the playing side. Bit of a farce though.
