anyone ever tried this? how was it
it's properly amazing when you do it right. My friend turned me on to it, who's achieved all sorts of bizarre/impressive/lovely stuff from doing it.
I'm slightly interested in getting into this - i'm on a bit of a health kick at the moment, seems logical to condition the mind at the same time
but the first time you 'perform' it properly is revelatory. It has a positive impact on your health, so you should probably look into it.
Mate has done all sorts with it - got rid of his temper, become a better worker, a nicer friend, is more focused, and has sorted his sleep patterns out. He's also done some 'physical' stuff too which is a bit more hardcore - cleared his skin up, grown hair back, etc, all of which he attributes to meditating.
The best thing about it is that you can do it anywhere and at anytime once you know how to.

dont agree with the 'anywhere anytime' business
just been doing a bit of googling and it does all look a bit hippyish.
will probably have some starter vids.
always interesting to tinker with ones mental faculties.
