Really enjoyed all the football I saw this weekend. Chelsea, and Anelka and Terry in particular, were so solidly good against Preston, Scunthorpe were really good to watch yesterday but just don't have the ability of City (Petrov looked some player yesterday, too) and Stoke were hugely impressive. Haven't seen any PL highlights (didn't see the point) but I'd presume Rooney was also excellent, not to mention Beckford's heroics. And Wigan: you cost me £70. I'm coming for you.

Chelsea have Cardiff in the next round (at home, thank fuck) but Southampton-Portsmouth is probably the pick of the bunch.

True highlight of the weekend? Wenger grabbing Arshavin's hat as he came off the bench. I love Andrei, even if I shouldn't. What player do you love despite hating their club?
