A reasonably simple question, I'd presume but seems nobody knows. Does the information go to some big brother database that has a file for everyone, including foreign citizens who happen to enter the country? and can that database identify who is who and keep track of various passports individuals would be having over the course of their life?

just asking in relation to being a foreigner/permanent residence/being continously in the country as much as required over the past years...
