they don't exist.
it was very very strange watching it with my girlfriend and her ex though.
I did a megalol at the 'oh by the I lied, I did fuck her' line.
I forgot she was in it though.
though I would also say that she contributed approximately zilch to that.
and admitedly Pitt and Clooney work wonderfully well together, but there isn't much substance and the sequel was AWFUL.
and a lot better than it sounds on paper. Mind you, Albert Finney is miles better than her in it.
I think that this is despite, rather than because of her presence though.
she is also by far the lamest in Closer.
her popularity is mystifying.
Isn't she a little like Jennifer Aniston, in that it's actually women that like her more than men?
she isn't unattractive I guess, but she does nothing for me.
e.g. Short Cuts is fantastic, but it clearly isn't a Julia Roberts film any more than it is a Whoopi Goldberg one.
but then I got interested in the whole Easter Rising/Civil War thing through my father in law and really enjoyed it afterwards.
There isn't a single film starring her I have any desire to watch or watch again.
Unlike Tom Cruise and Tom Hanks who I can't stand but are in films I really like.
Sleeping With The Enemy, Hook, Pretty Woman, Michael Collins(though her accent is awful), America's Sweethearts
so like, there
I don't like ANY of those films.
I haven't seen Michael Collins tho.
i spose they're not exactly earthmovingly amazing films, but they're decent enough.
Michael Collins, even though it has stupid inaccurate bits, is good.
I watched one about Churchill recently that made my blood boil with all the innaccuracies.
Which is one of the best 10 films of the last decade, so shush.
Hasn't she done the voice of a dog or something in a fairly good animated flick? Surely...?
When my wife and I saw it, we were literally the only people in the theatre. Can't understand it...
no-one I know has either seen it or else said anything less than 'it's awesome!'
It's got Rockwell in it being cool.
It's got the best cameo appearance in it ever on the 'Blind date' game.
It's a directorial debut by Clooney. And one full of interesting shots and ideas.
It's got Barrymore and Roberts in it, both looking quite hot and managing to not be shite.
It's got RUTGER FUCKEN HAUER in it strangling a skier and photographing himself smiling whilst doing so.
It's got an awesome soundtrack. It's about a very interesting character.
It's written by Charlie Kauffman who people usually piss themselves with excitement about.
I just don't get it...
Confessions of a Drama Queen?
I remember that being good.
Mind you, I remembered Teen Wolf to be good and i watched that the other day...It is not good.
Gere. Roberts. Ugh.
