this is getting old.
Normally I'll have like 1 maybe 2 nights without sleep at all then the other nights I get to sleep at 4 ish, for some reason this has now changed to 6.30. I wonder if it'll get so bad that i eventually come back around to sleeping when normal people do.
bored of being awake now.
it's not much help cos even when I get to sleep I wake up after about an hour and then it's fitful the rest of the time BUT...
I can sleep on buses no problem and when I had a job I used to find it almost impossible to stay awake in meetings, now that i'm working in a bar I've developed a weird habit of having a nap like 15 minutes before I need to go for about ten minutes. I've never napped in my life, never been able to but it seems that when I shouldn't be sleeping I can! So if I want to help myself sleep I now have to switch on my light and bedside lamp and trick myself into thinking it's already day. It works sometimes anyway, worth a try!

been up since 5, just laying in bed. so, my body, you like to play things by extremes. dick
