I'm having one this coming Wednesday as my broken tooth has got to the point where it's being in my mouth is becoming a nightmare. I've not had any dental work in years, mostly because up until last November I hadn't been to the dentist for about 5 years.

It doesn't really matter how painful or uncomfortable a tooth extraction is as I'm still getting it done, I just want to prepare myself for what could be a very unpleasant experience.
