i need a bit of inspiration with my ideas...
third day running
It's still tasfty.
my joke wasn't that bad.
sorry, just in a bit of an unusually foul mood. will be more measured in my responses between now and hometime!
Had aubergine, courgette, fennel, red onion and ricotta terrines with a spicy tomato sauce yesterday. Tasty.

And I don't want to know what 'Fimminy Cricket' is.
thanks for listening
you sicken me
Leaving any section of the pizza goes against everything I stand for.
but I can tell you tomorrow if you really want.
This has just reminded me of something.
Quick and simple, and I've got some cream that needs using up.
it says it's easy. when i've perfected some meals you guys should come over.
but I'm off to the pub with some massively rich people now so fingers crossed they're hungry
parmesan and wine don't come cheap.
One more helping though and it runs out.
DER DER DER!!!!
but mrs ccb is cooking.
or tuna on toast. Have a massive Sainsbury delivery tomorrow so this week has been full of eating shit leftovers.
bake in oven, use red wine to make a sauce with cream, thyme and piripiri seasoning, added to homemade chips and roasted asparagus. nice.
Mushrooms, Richmond Sausages, Chicken, Peppers, garlic, etc
like a fat gypos fingers
of getting some for breakfast. i sent her to bed with a harsh word in her ear and a sharp slap on the arse.
I got some leftover pilau, some cauliflower dalna (like a korma, but without meat) and some pork and apple sausages I need to use up.
The other option was y'know the start of the Hank Scorpio episode of the Simpsons where Smithers is walking to work singing that song "I work for Monty Burns, Mon-ty Burns..."...
"I'm having lentil soup, len-til soup..."
I've just had steak and stilton pie with mash and gravy for lunch, and I don't think i'll need to eat again until Sunday.
red wine sauce
sweet potato mash
then tiramisu to finish
...the folks are coming over :-\
Will I die?
Good God man, have some meat.
But I assure you I did!
but a lack of sauce inspiration
so i may stop at the shop and get fajita ingredients instead and, y'know, have them
I get paid tomorrow and have the day off... I'm going to eat EVERYTHING
"It. Ate. EVERYTHING..."
but am fucked with the cold and cancelled IT ALL!
So Chilli con Carne, cos it's easy, and I can go for a couple of hours nap whilst its bubbling away, and I won't have to cook again until Monday. Hopefully the chilli/garlic combo will make me sweat a bit of the illness out.
Potato and Leek Soup tonight.
so I guess that it will be an M&S ready meal heated up in the kitchen microwave.
...if you work in my office. Canary Wharf by any chance?
UPDATE: I went for Sainbury's Tast The Difference macaroni & breadcrumbs in a garlic and spinach sauce.
it's a belter.
Which is of course exactly the kind of maverick behaviour you'd expect from a low-level contributor looking to make a name for himself around here.
used to be my favourite meal, gonna check if my tastes have changed since then.
potato wedges (£1 in tesco :D) and some dr pepper if i have any cans left
with a can of Guinness and a roll-up as a starter. Might have a pickled onion too. Fuck it.
with one hand I'm coiling the entire plate of spaghetti around my fork and biting chunks out of it, and with the other I'm typing
we had falafel in pitta bread with hummus, lettuce, tsatsiki, carrot & chilli sauce. it was pretty effing gr8.
just in case anyone had been waiting in desperation
i fucking love falafel. seriously mate.
I had a fish on a barmcake, like a whole fish bended over into a tiny surface area of doughy white bread, and I had chips on it too, and brown sauce (I don't even like brown sauce) then I forget I ate it until work just sent me home for being too drunk and I found some fish batter in my pocket. Oh yes.
