i've got a question about food you fuckers......
right, so.
it's a stupid question but stick with me.
say you eat what is an otherwise pretty normal, balanced, healthy diet
BUT.....
alongside this you eat copius ammounts of either,
a) chocolate, cakes, biscuits, crisps..etc
or
b) pasta, bread, potato...etc etc
what would be worse for you or make you more fat and stuff? loads of sugar or loads of carbohydrates?
