Just Another Tedious iPod Transfer/Laptop Collapse Query Thread.

Alex-in-Ciderland [Edit] [Delete] 12:01, 2 January '10

Okay, my situation is this:

My laptop collapsed about 6 months ago, it will start up, but totally blank screen and cannot access anything plus iTunes has vanished without trace. Since then I have been getting by with just my netbook, but the time has come to buy a new laptop.

So, with approximately 60GB on my iPod Classic, how would I best go about transferring that to the soon to be purchased new laptop given that the fact the laptop hosting the collection is dead would seem to rule out the use of external harddrive as intermediary?

Cheers!
