currently watching last night's show on iplayer.
It's about 8 minutes in and it's unbelievaaaaaably bad.
Then Amstell and Bailey came along and it was hilarious. Jupitus had to work for his supper rather than kiss the host's arse.
Then Amstell left. Then Bailey left. Now it's as shit as it ever was.
But I'll always treasure the memories.
And Jupitus looks lost out there.
She's obnoxiously irritatingly stupid. It's like banging your head against a thick ginger wall all day and all night.
Bernard Cribbins on the other hand is amazing, he somehow made that episode watchable.
I thought he pretty much saved this episode, particularly after that strange story Catherine Tate told near the beginning.
bit disconcerting that
I've changed my mind it's not disconcerting it's great
he thinks he is really out there but he is just a wackster
Amstell made it more mainstream. He was often on fire in dealing with guests and making them look stupid. But I preferred Lamarr's sarcasm.
Bill Bailey was good, Noel Fielding's stupid "surreal" sense of humour is vaguely amusing at times. Phil Jupitus is, and will always be, the least funny comedian of all time...
noel fielding is coming into his own on this I think, much better than bailey managed, dont think it suited him much.
Really awful lineup.
I'm not going to bother watching this one.
it was well funny
