but just in queso, i'll put on my tape ricotta to listen to them later.
i think we've milked it for all it's worth. feta stop before people think there's something fonduementally wrong with us.
it was pretty good. i know you can eat the white mould rind on brie, but it looks disgusting and sounds even worse so i don't.
treufact: i could never be a vegan because of cheese
cheese is my meat.
can't go wrong.
Then Wensleydale with cranberry.
Then a good mature Cheddar.
And Gruyère when it's not too strong and doesn't taste like foot.
and two of my mates work selling cheese at borough mkt, so i've got the right contacts to get mate's rates.
i like comte, colson basset stilton, montgomery cheddar, parmesan, good mozzarella, and getting into young goat's cheese.
Really salty...but pretty damn good in a fajita.
I fry it. Seems like too much effort in the end though.
I bought some really nice colston bassett stilton on sunday, that I'm saving for christmas.
The best cheese to eat in a baguette is any smoked cheese or maybe a ripe brie.
top 5 cheeses I have eaten this year -
1. Applewood Cheddar (seriously so much)
2. Colston Bassett stilton (on crackers)
3. Manchego (not too mature though)
4. Saint Agur (I only just discovered it. its cheap and really tasty)
5. Bavarian fucking smoked. King of sandwich cheese, but I eat too much of it.
