hi
i went to a pop-punk/metal night on saturday and then a future of the left gig yesterday and must have done an awful lot of headbanging because my neck is absolutely KILLING me, it's so bad its making me nauseous and i can hardly turn my head without INTENSE PAIN.
how can i hurry up its recovery?
im now dreading the after effects of the killswitch gig i have coming up :(

an aside: is it just me who find wife swap really depressing? i've seen families who treat life like a military operation and their kids are allowed no freedom or space for their personal;ities to grow or be nurtured. and i've just seen a father saying he's not going to let his son play the guitar cos he has to focus on wrestling and be succesful in it even though thats just his dream not his sons even when his son spoke up and said he'd like to play guitar as well as doing his wrestling. the father's response was that he's "not raising his son to be a sissy"
i can't watch it, seriously.
