I'd have:
• a massive desk made out of some exotic hardwood
• leather chair that swivels, pivots, leans, etc, but not to big
• it'd just be me in there with a hot secretary outside who I'd be able to contact via a push-button intercom.
• Fresh coffee from a pot
• Fresh tea from a pot
• Nice screen/speaker set-up
• A window overlooking a park, the sea, somewhere with activity. The window would be directly behind my desk so I could swivel round and gaze life as I contemplate work stuff
