After having a tumour under his right arm removed. He caught a bacteria in hospital and then at his GPs creating the flesh eating bacteria. We were told he had a a 13% chance of survual or something. Maybe 30%, but i think it was 13. They said if he did survive he would probably be left severely disfigured.
I saw him about 2 weeks ago. He looks no different to a normal person. All he lost was the muscle in his right pectoral. He sports a very large scar from the armpit to the hip which looks like a shark bite almost.
He was treated at st thomas' in london and apparantly he's used as a case study for people studying medicine, because it was such a miracle.
What a lad
