bank charges decision due tomorrow
So tomorrow the supreme court will make its ruling on whether or not the Office of Fair Trading should have the power to overturn bank penalty charges for unagreed overdrafts and bounced cheques etc.
The general opinion seems to be that the court will rule in the OFT's favour and the banks will have to start issuing refunds sometime around the end of January.
I personally could be in for a refund of around £2,000.
Anyone else got their's in the pipeline? What could you get back?
