Newly purchased Assassin's Creed required me to accept an update before it would let me play it. Now the console won't play videos. I sent an e-mail to the company expressing my dissatisfaction with events and now they want to know more.
In your experience, has a complaint of this nature ever been resolved? I'd like to know before I follow through on this whole 'Microsoft can suck it, I'm buying a PS3' thing.
