hahaha, 2 mins 30ish in
I'd turn my phone off if I was him, and run
he reminded me of David Brent in that interview.
i wouldn't have put it past keane just to get up and smack him
"oh right, that's good manner"
quite an odd thing for the journalist to do, mind...'oh no it's fine i'm just going to leave it ringing'.
hes surely the most bitter man alive.
the keeper should have come for it though.
he's basically mirrored everything I said about the incident and game, although video refereeing wouldn't be good for the game.
ireland don't have the best back line. To put it in perspective, I think O'Shea is a given starter.
the only player worth his salt in that utd back line is vidic. probably better than ferdinand though.
Top keeper though, without doubt. Couldn't blame him for France's goal imho.
as if it was a little incident rather than the worst thing to've ever happened in the premier league.
he's a pretty entertaining guy, but an utter cunt. literally my least favourite footballer of all time
Pascal Cygan consoling vieira in the first video is one of the best things on youtube.
and Keane couldn't even be arsed to stick around and play for his country during the World Cup.
That said, as much as I hated him as a player, he's started talking a lot of good sense as a manager.
Roy Keane does give a pretty good defence of his actions in his book, and gives examples of numerous fuck ups on Irelands behalf. I fucking love Keane, hate Manchester United, but he is my favourite footballer of all time. Plus, Haaland retiring had nothing to do with Keane's tackle as everyone says.
