I'm rubbish at those imagey things

Is it a heart, or a nob with under-carridge viewed from below and at right angle.

Anyway, he's not all that great really. (IMHO; do we still have to add this on to everything we write?)

He's alright I guess? Thought he was great when I first saw him but he was still doing the same material live and on MTWeek 18 months later...

Don't get this bloke's appeal

I've overheard people on the bus who made me laugh more than this bloke does. Definitely the weak link on Mock the Week.

I also can't understand how he's also presenting that Good News thing. I just looked it up on Wikipedia to check the name and someone's vandalised it to say that it's not very good.

still cant quite work it out...its the same with richard hammond...im wondering if its like a pity thing, i stayed with my ex boyfriend for 5 months cos he was ugly and i felt bad lol xx

Saw him at the edinburgh festival a few years back and he was very good.

Also saw him compere a late and live night and again he was very funny.
He doesn't come across that good on the tv though.

- It's because he's a stand up and one who needs long unveiling routines
  
  Whereas Mock The Week's format (or maybe the guests limitations?) means that they just end up shoehorning 2 minutes of their routine into something that vaguely relates to the words on the big telly behind them instead of actually thinking of something on the spot.
  
  Hence why HIGNFY is still King after 33 series.

Andy Parsons comes across really badly at 'imrpov' on MTW

But i've seen a few comedy club shows where 4 or 5 comics compete in various improv games, and he usually wins.
