A few weeks ago we were burgled and lost two laptops, a camera and a bag. We got a call a couple of days ago from the police saying they'd found the guy, who also admitted to it (haven't got the stuff back though - probably been sold on).

Also, the other night, someone came along with wire-cutters and tried to acquire one of our bikes that we locked at the front of our house. Luckily someone across the road saw it and phoned the police, who saw the guy (who had hidden the wire-cutters under his big trenchcoat) and locked him away for life (I assume).

No more robbery now, please.
