especially if im inside, beside a fire, with a book or someone nice or something idk. but walking around in a big warm coat, enjoying the feel of rain on my face.
plus the post heavy rain smell is majestic in its niceness
when you woke up and thought "ah day off - nothing to do, it'll be ace"....only to be greeted by the freezing cold and fucking torrential rain and grey clouds and as a result you've thought'oh for fucks sake'. Not every rainy day is as romantic as some people seem to think it is.
Walking around in the rain and cold usually equals one thing for me = a shitty cold that I can't budge for a few days.
I like when.
How was Manchester?
It must've been raining.
aha it was raining for sure... had a great time though...
first time having a proper look around, it just dwarfs Newcastle.
me too
i like it when it rains in general

Hearing rain when ur nice and warm
indoors and in the knowledge u dont need to go out any time soon = win <3
You're all delusional
Rain is shit. There is nothing worse than a cold, grey, dark, wet and generally horrible day in a crap Manchester suburb.
But being in doors when it rains....now that.....that's magic....
Really?
It just means its a pain in the arse if you want to go to the shop.
I lived in Manchester for four years...
...and the best day I ever spent was walking round the city in pouring rain listening to Joy Division.
It was swell.
I'm pretty sure there's been loads of days though

Half-hearing the rain while you're sleeping
is grand
I've actually had one or two lovely days in the rain
don't get me wrong.....but i've had a hell of a lot more lovely days when it's not raining.
Usually the rain ruins just about eveything.
We all know Frasier lives in Seattle right?
