Apologies for the boring thread. For some reason over the past few years I've become pretty phobic of talking to a group of people I don’t know - especially in work situations. It makes me feel sick and anxious and it's stopping me doing quite a lot of things I want to do.

So now I work a job I don't like 'cause I'm scared of standing up in front of people (instead of doing a PGCE) which makes me feel a bit sad really.

Anyway, if anyone has done one I’d like to hear what you thought or whether you think they're worth it. The courses look a bit expensive …
