There's also Ichiban in the west end, but it's better for quick hot meals than sushi really.

Ichiban, also on Queen Street, is good, too, more for Wagamama type stuff though.
And while we're talking about Queen Street, Da Vinci's deserves a a mention - great sit-down fish and chips / pizza / etc cafe - open late.
