How much exercise do you do a week?
I do this...
Mondays: 5-a-side footie for an hour
Wednesdays: Gym, weights - back and legs
Fridays: Gym, weights - shoulders and triceps
Saturdays: Gym, weights - chest and biceps
Sunday: Yoga for an hour
I want to start swimming again but I think I would have to give one of the other activities up...
