How healthy/unhealthy are your drinking habits?

GalacticStar3ruption [Edit] [Delete] 17:49, 10 October '09

Me and a friend were talking about this a couple of weeks ago, she admitted to maybe having a bit of a problem when it comes to alcohol, if she does then I probably do as well because our habits are very similar. To clarify, a "problem" doesn't necessarily mean I'm saying that either of us are alcoholics, just that when we drink we don't usually stop until the situation means we can't drink anymore. I don't drink at home by myself at all but when I'm in a social situation there's no stopping me.

This following thought concerned me slightly; I'm going out tonight and due to a lack of funds I'll only be there (a mates house warming thing) for a couple of hours and won't be drinking. Now, I can't actually remember the last time I was in a social situation with friends and didn't drink, this is bad, right?

Worst of all the other night I thought my opportunity for more drinking had passed through no fault of my own, the anger and frustration I felt was not healthy. I'd been let down which contributed to some of the annoynace but part of me just fancied another drink, you'd have thought this wouldn't have been a big deal.

What are your drinking habits like? Do you think it's possible that you may have a slight drinking problem?
