I'm watching Fresh Prince of Bel Air for the first time in years. Here are some observations...
...it hasn't aged well. Still funny in parts, however.
Will is in love but is finding himself tempted by other women.
Hilary is quite hot.
It's a vehicle to show how fly Will Smith is. This was always apparent, but it becomes even more apparent as you get older.
Carlton is genuinely funny though.
That little kid is in Independence Day.
I was positive Will's one true love, Lisa, was played by Jada Pinkett.
I think that makes me racist. Does it? No, it doesn't.
Ha, Carlton is in it again. He isn't in it enough.
I wonder what that little kid is doing now? I bet he ended up like Gary Coleman. A reclusive genius.
I want Carlton to do his dance. He did it all the time in these later ones.
Ha, the woman Will is tempted by, Denise, is from the same place as Will's OTL, Lisa. The audience went "Ooooooo" and everything. I half expect to change channel and find Geri Halliwell posing with a Buzz Lightyear action figure. This show is so nineties.
Haven't seen Jazz yet.
As if you'd just let this obviously unstable woman turn up at your house out of the blue.
Wouldn't Will have had to tell her where he lived?
He's walked her home. Now he's acting like she's going to rape him.
She's broke down in tears, acknowledging her faults.
They got more surreal in the later years. Remember that one where Jazz points out that they changed the actress who played Vivian?
So many memories coming back to me.
I think he starred in Independence Day the year this one was made. They ended it in 96, didn't they?
As if Windows 95 would be able to take down an alien race's computer system.
Men In Black was legendary.
Geoffrey the butler is hilarious. I like the one when they reveal he cheated at the Olympics.
The house looks far bigger on the outside.
Will just spoke directly into the camera.
Will Smith is so fly.
My Wife and Kids is on next.
