Quick baking question
HELP! I am making oatmeal and cranberry biscuits, however I dont have any proper oats. However I do have some Oatibix (97% oats) and some Ready Brek type cereal (65% oats + 35% oat flour). The Ready Brek stuff is very powdery, but the Oatibix is a big block. Which should I use?
