does anyone play guitar, bass or drums out there? I for one play guitar and bass. after spending an hour berated by a friend about the awesomeness of rock band ("dude! you get to like, play TOGETHER!!") i feel at the least...conflicted.

Life can't always include other people so I often jam to the CD player. its called practice. So how the fuck could I play one of the above games without having that nagging feeling that I should just simply be practicing the real thing instead?

and yes, I hear you saying that it's sociable. No. Sociable is listening to records with friends. sociable is joining a band.
