1 - waiting in for someone to drop something off and them having no idea when they'll be able to make it beyond "before 4o'clock", thus wasting a whole day.

2 - I asked for tomorrow off work because it's my first day back at uni and they told me it was fine because i wasn't timetabled anyway. only yesterday i discover i am on the timetable and i'm supposed to be teaching a computer class in the morning as well.

3 - not being able to go in and sort out 2 because of 1

4 - not being able to sort out 2 because 1 is delivering my phone

4b - not being able to sort out 2 because i don't have a work email account. theres already an account with a similar name to mine and they say it might in fact be mine even though my login details don't work so they won't open a new account.

5 - the radio 4 documentary i really want to download being fucked
