Part I: Lying and Misrepresenting.

Recently let a flat which was advertised as "Two Double Bedroom" and "Fully Furnished". On viewing of the flat there werent any double beds (single + sofabed), but the agent assured us these would be provided by the landlady.

Now after having moved in and paid up the landlady is refusing to get us two doubles (although she did replace the sofabed with a double, albeit reluctantly), and the agents insist they did no wrong.

Seems to me like someone owes me a freakin double bed. Is there any way of getting the agents to admit they screwed up and buying us a bed? Or do I just have to fork out myself now? HALP etc
