It's cyclists. C'mon then, lynch mob...ASSEMBLE
Bastards, the lot of them. I'm sure some of them are decent people with morals, qualifications and harvestable bodily nutrients but they should all be thrown into a giant fire.
Dashing across red lights, cruising up sidewalks, wearing ugly shorts...the list goes on.
the TOWPATH CODE OF CONDUCT quite clearly says that pedestrians have right of way and that "considerate cyclists" only are permitted. "considerate cyclists"? LOL ROFL OXYMORON ETC
otherwise what balonz said ^
on so many levels
a decentish car (rubbish with names) and a love for rosé?
yes this must be the largest group of law breakers.....after criminals, like what balonz said
Oh, hang on.. : )
but councils or big companies might have broken the law on being descriminatory towards womens pay (e.g. West Midlands (the bigest council))
So I would maybe say that councils (as a group probably infringe all sorts of laws (although they have a lot more obligations also so its not really a level playing field))
or is it for the most types of offences?
Which group of people break laws any gives a shit about more frequently than any other section of society?
but there might be a conflict of interest since you provided it on this occasion
ah, no it was slow hands wasn't it. Jazz hands would have been better though.
which would be 72 million offences daily. The demographic 'Eric Clapton' made a very good attempt to take that title but finished a credible third overall
BRINE HAW FOR MARE!!!
JUST a BAND!
They basically leave it to everyone else to ensure responsibility for their safety. If they're about to drift across a few lanes, are they going to signal, or even look behind? No, they're just going to do it and assume 'hey, they got this'
of those things than everyone else. If there was an olympic sport that combined the three I would probably win. (special olympics anyway)
Again, something will have to stick. About as much chance/right for it to be in the olympics as golf does anyway.
