  • lovely

+ lots of sun, fun, friends, music
+ it's not over yet, as I'm about to go out on another epic sunday outing

    - slightly too much sun and fun. I'm a bit sore.
    - I have an important meeting tomorrow afternoon which will either a) curtail some of tonight's fun or b) not result in any curtailment of fun but cause nightmarish scenario tomorrow as I try to pull it together
+ meeting is with media luvvie types who will hopefully find my dishevelled state charming/ the norm.

  • +spent much of Friday night in an intimate way with a very attractive young lady, a stunningly rare thing in my life and not one I was planning on.

That's it, I don't really feel I can add any more to this discussion. Actually,

-my working life is becoming stressful for the first time ever, and I don't think I'm handling it particularly well.

-fucking Everton, official sponsors of my miserable weekends since 1984.

-I moved to a new country a month ago, and the novelty value is rapidly being replaced by loneliness and boredom.

Still, I kissed an actual girl! All in all, I declare this weekend a score draw.

      • the fact that your money is running out

means you won't be fat for long. as i'm discovering.

        • Argh, I wish this was true of me

When I have the money I eat really well on good cuts of meat, fresh fish and seafood, fresh veg etc. I find when I'm totally skinto I live off plasticky processed shit like value processed cheese slices, plain bread and rustlers microwave burgers. I'd be better just spending the cash on amphetamines really.

          • diet for today:

some grapes, some strawberries, some yoghurt. stupid amounts of tea and water.

            ghostpony @PickledOeuf | 13 Sep '09, 22:32 | X
            • I would be STARVING

I would give in to the allure of 20p value bread and 60p value cheese slices. I really would. I would need appetite suppressants to live off that. Seriously, man, are you surviving? (if you're joking, sorry. My irony meter has never worked very well)

  • I'm not going to conform to this + and - thing, I'll just say how its been, because i'm edgy, as you know.

I have had a nice weekend. Didn't go to sleep on Friday night because I was getting the train to London from Manchester at 5:25 in the morning. I arrived, drank a coffee and read the paper, then met my ex for breakfast. I had a full English, it was ok, but a little too salty. Then I met my friend at wandered around roughtrade and marvelled at the haircuts. I saw Andrew WK outside as well. Went back to the house that I was staying at in Finsbury Park, which was amazing, 6 bedrooms, and a wendyhouse with TWO floors in the back garden! I later got a text from Whiterussian inviting me to the Pub, which I did, but there was a big 'to do' with her actually going to the park 'Finsbury Park', when I had clearly said that I'd meet her in Finsbury Park, which isn't actually the park. We walked right into Seven Sisters, found a grubby pub, and crashed the wost 40th birthday ever. Then I went back to the house and watched MoTd whilst laughing hysterically at Arsenal fans reactions. This morning I went to Highgate Cemetery and Hampstead Heath. I rugby tackled my friend and his pants ripped from his knee to his crotch. His girlfriend and I then had to sit for about half an hour waiting for him because he was trying to sew up the gap with a 'sharp piece of grass'. I'm now on the train home. I just went to the toilet and there was like a force field of poo smell in the cabin from the guy before me, its awful.

took shit loads of pills and haven't slept for about 40 hours now and still not tired. Was a very good night. Spent no money either coz I found £20 on the floor. Now I'm just writing again, and might pack for university soon.

  • Very nice

Went and played pictionary and got ruined. Good night placated by a bad hangover on Saturday. Where upon a spent most of the day playing left 4 dead. Today I played fifa10 and bought the beatles game. It's brilliant. I also went to a castle and climbed on a beach. And had ice cream.

I'm going to take a girl there now.
