and I've had an unexpected dose of Sam Rockwell this evening too. Well done TV. Well done, indeed.
Vince Vaughan looks so thin. Like ill-thin...
strange how they both stretched width ways so much after this film. I can't explain it, it's not like he got fat, he just got so much wider, so quickly.
Just in time for the answering machine scene.
Mikey: "Hiiii, did ya, errr, just walk in....?"
Nicky: "...don't ever call me again."
Love it, but most girls that I know who've seen it tend to dismiss it as a boy film.
Their new film together (couples away together thingy) looks pretty poor.
hence why we're getting married. Remember?
(It was some much more spurious reason than that)
seemed quite amusing. I was surprised.
I need to see Made thogh, never seen that, though how any film with both Peter Falk and Sam Rockwell in has got passed me I don't know. All it needs now is Bill Murray and Groucho and I'd be in some kind of idol induced coma
its now on my to see list.
from what I remember. Which is not that much, tbh, seeing as I've not seen it since it came out.
meh. I was quite disappointed because Swingers is my favourite film ever.
But not enough Falk or Rockwell for my liking
Wow! Thank you!
AND to top it all off Terminator 2 is on right now as well.
On a more maudlin note, I think the lovely old Mr Falk may not be long for this world. And listen...I said that in Benicassim about Estelle Getty and she died the next day.
buy the special edition DVD with the commentary between Favreau and Vaughan as it's just about the best dvd commentary i've heard. Funny but also full of cool insights into the making of movies and doing stuff DIY and on the cheap to get on in the movie game. Dead sweet.
