bit sad how this has all been dealt with (with the IAAF, etc)... comments?
is to call them by the gender that they elect to call themselves by. so "she" in this case.
(i know this response might provoke a sigh)
and that evidence suggests that the majority of people with it 'choose' to live as males from their late teens/early twenties.
she is allowed compete again make anyone else feel uncomfortable?
is she any more a 'freak of nature' than Usain Bolt for instance ?
"i bought it for us so we could watch it together?!"
especially as she has probably already had some sort of insults/picking on when she was younger.
So to make up for her not looking very girly and the taunts that might have gone with it, she might have thought/felt oh well ar least i've got my sport, but it looks like that might possibly be taken from her.
If it is as has been said and she hasnt got ovaries then she will not be able to be a parent and so this is something else that she has to contend with....it would be nice if people could actually consider her feelings more
maybe unusual, but not unatural (there hasnt been any suggestion of taking chemicals as far as im aware)
Surely anyone who wins at the upper end of some sports are unusual.
Just because we have classification to try to equalise things doesnt mean that we should hurt people or ridicule them just because our classification system doesn not entirely consider all of reality (she is real after all).
Srsly why dont they just look at her DNA, if its female then shes a woman, sod how much testosterone there is in her blood (unless she artificially ingested it/injected it) And why should people go poking round her 'bits' or even discussing it.
Human society sometimes srsly p**ses me off.
