I really don't think I can choose.
Well, the humble pea ranks amongst my all time favourite foods so that's got to win but all the others? Well, I love them all dearly.
Aubergine is so good at soaking up nice tomatoey juices and absorbing flavours. It's delicious and almost certainly second to the pea. But then in the raw category it's really a draw between the cucumber and it's cool yumminess, dunked into some hummus it's a healthy dunker option but then there's the mushroom. Cooked mushroom can sometimes be a disappointment, but snacking on some raw slices whilst cooking = 10/10
