so i'm back at work tomorrow morning after having time off due to stress. and i'm just starting to properly panic about it. i'm not really sure why. i just feel like i can't really cope with anything, least of all that.
i got given a bunch of websites to look at by my doctor, but none of them really have anything to do with coping with panicking about silly things. apart from the obvious taking deep breaths, do you guys have any advice? i don't want to show up as a nervous wreck.
