Quick poll - how many people have used Viagogo here and what are your experiences of it? I used it for the first time ever this month to sell my Leeds ticket and it's been rubbish. Haven't recieved any money, no reply from emailing them and had to dig up their phone number off a random forum to find out what going on. Is this common or have I just been screwed by a bad buyer?
