Sadly, this is not that untypical of where I live but just walked in while some lunatic was threatening the guy on the till shouting, "I'm gonna come back with an axe and cut your facking head off!".
I'd be the first to say the customer service in there ain't all it should be, but that's a little over the top dont you think?
