Caught a man doing heroin ( a known addict from the area who locked himself in the cafe toilets after asking and receiving a metal spoon from the café - thr guy working there shouldnt have given him it obviously but he didn't know)

after half an hour in the toilets we knocked on the door and he burst it open and left the building. I got on the radio to the police and gave his description and they busted him minutes later. We found used syringes in the toilet after and it stank! I have an interview with the police to follow.
