Anyone help- tried loads of stuff

Basically ever since a few days ago I go on Google on phone, brimngs results up- but if I then go into a website although it shows images, where the text should be is just in boxes

Tried changing character encoding to loads of different cobinations(even though don't remember changing) re-set settings and changed other options on settings to no avail

Is it anything obvious?

The starnge thing is bbc sport was bookmarked and if I go to this bookmark it is fine: text and images show but then if I type in something else, again search results come up fine, but when access the website, same again: boxes where text should be?
