29 cent litre of cola from lidl, 63 cent spagetti in a tin, 13 cent noodles, 50 cent pasta, 2 euro bag of potatoes, butter, carrots, peas <--- sorted
No frills Smoked Salmon. Hooray.
one box of cereal, 3-4 pint of milk
and here's how.
Plan what you're going to eat every night. Buy the ingrediants. Stick to it.
Also, cook enough for two servings each time, and stick the second one in the freezer, defrosting it for later in the week.
I reckon 3 of them then spend the rest on sandwich fillings, if this sounds bad then youve never had tigerbread
just looking at your list, half of that would be dispensed with immediately...
What do we reckon the absolute lower limit is then? At Uni last year I was running on about £10, and that had afew quid on snacks and biscuits and stuff, and I could shave afew more of the mains if you shopped really froogly - £5? Might give it a go, £5 savings a week x 52 = PROFIT
I'd happily eat the same thing every day if I could. I don't like food that much and it would remove a problem to be surmounted,

Lunches: beans on toast, soup and bread, eggs on toast, sausage sandwich
