complete with battery and charger?

my rubbish pass on phone is completely broken now.
im about to go to edinburgh and then several festivals and am worried at the prospect of not having any way to contact people if i get lost. i was too poor to sort one out last month and im pretty much too poor this month too, though if you want to sell me a half decent one (with camera) for £40 and under i may be interested. BUT was just wondering if a kind person here had one idly sat around, gathering dust?

i dont want to get lost :'(
