That was a thrilling way to spend an hour and a half this morning
(9/10 - concise and effective)
Paypal thought the password change was dodge and sent me e-mails saying so and asked me to confirm the password change.
Thankfully they hadn't got into my e-mail - password changed.
Paypal's phone service is awful. But once I got to speak to a person (about half an hour later after automated "Please say your phone number. I'm sorry I didn't catch that. Please say your phone number") they sorted it shaprish and reset the password and gave me a code.
So hopefully all's well, need to speak to the bank which I haven't managed yet as I spent two hour this morning on the phone sorting the password stuff out
because they just ignored the bid she put in an the item went for a 3rd of what she was willing to pay to someone else.
(she put the first bid of £5 in, it went for £5.50, her limit was set at £15).
and it is a bit annoying that her bid didn't go through.
