    • That interview section where

mankind thought it was the rock's birthday and gave him a load of shit presents got the highest ratings the WWF(E)or any wrestling company has ever had.

But I really loved the attitude era and the parts leading up to it. Also the match with Taka against the great sasuka as some in your house event was the fucking nuts.

    INDEED.

I forgot all about these guys. Now I appreciate that they're the best wrestlers to ever have fought. Much love to APA as well, especially when they were using that neutral no-intro gimmick with that Steve Blackman guy or whatever his name was.

    • APA protection was awesome :D

Wrestlers have no charisma nowa days :(

I just remembered who else I liked: The Dudley Boyz. They were full of personality.

That's it though. Nothing's like it was back in the good old days, when you could turn on the TV and be reasonably sure Ultimate Warrior would be standing with his back to the audience saying something batshit insane.

        • the dudley's match

at lockdown on TNA earlier this year against beer money was really fucking good it has to be said. It was in their homestate though so they were always gonna pull out all the stops. But they still manage to throw together alot of great matches.

My favourites were the New Ages Outlaws though in like 1998, they were wicked.

  • I liked it when Funaki got eliminated for the Royal Rumble like 11 times

In spite of not being an actual entrant.

Then he had to stop cos he landed on his face and had to go to hospital

    LordLuciusBanter | 27 Jul '09, 15:55 | X
    • that was taka

he landed on his face and they just kept replaying it in slow motion and laughing :D
