Three story house, with a living room, bathroom downstairs toilet and sizeable well equipped kitchen with new washing machine and fridge freezer (less than a year old in both cases).

Room for rent is a decent size, with wardrobe, dresser and bed. Plenty of storage in the house should you need any more space. Additionally there is a small outside garden, which is great for hosting barbeques and similar.

Area is well serviced by buses and tubes, and central London is less than a 20 minute tube ride away. Well connected on the overground as well. Walking distance from Upper St and many nice pubs, so plenty to do nearby!"
