I really think I do none at all. I used to go to the gym a bit. But my gym partner stopped going and going alone is so much harder. Noone to keep the pace when you start to sweat.
How to do exercise when you are dyspraxic and spastic and unable to coordinate any kind of real sport/run (except for cue sports?)
I lift weights but that doesn't count when it lasts like 5 minutes...
