I am going to do this on Wednesday (tomorrow I will be eating only green foods).
So far, I've planned:
BREAKFAST of weetabix with purple glitter sugar and berries, a bowl of red grapes, blueberry yoghurt.
LUNCH of fresh beetroot which will stain rice or quinoa, plums, parma violets
DINNER purple cabbage and potato soup, berry muffin with purple glitter.
