for me anyway;
nothing gory, its a video showing a typical training session for Brock Lesnar, one of the fighters. even with a lifetime of training, i have no idea how the human body can be pushed to accomplish these sorts of things.
if you dont take into account warm-ups and warm-downs, he loses a pound of body weight every two-three minutes (if i understand what he says correctly). even if not, he loses nearly a stone in a regular training session!
its given me more respect for fighters/wrestlers, purely because of the dedication they put into their training regimes. without a doubt the best conditioned atheletes in any sport.
