remember my brusied and swollen leg from 3 weeks ago?
it's still a a bit swollen and reddish pink and rock hard at the impact area
all the other manky bruising is gone though
i tried running today and free movement wasn't there, it's like sore round the back of my calf (i got kicked on the inside of the shin)
is it worth wasting a doctors time over it?
do you think i could have done muscle damage like a real footballer?
