Royal Tenenbaums
Just watched for the first time.
By far the weakest of all of the ones I've seen, but definitely the saddest. The entire film felt like a huge tragedy and it was massively moving in a way that only that bunch of film-makers can do.
I didn't really enjoy it, but it had a big impact on me, which I suppose is a good thing.
My rating of Wes Anderson films henceforth looks like this:
1. Rushmore
2. The Darjeeling Limited
3. Bottle Rocket
4. The Royal Tenenbaums
I only have the other one to see but I doubt it will have any effect on the top two, which I think are really really ahead of the rest.
